Miller joined the firm in 1985 and has been a shareholder of the Firm since 1991. Mr. Miller's practice area focuses on bankruptcy, insolvency, out-of-court workouts, and debtor and creditor rights. He has extensive experience representing debtors, creditors (both secured and unsecured), and creditors committees in bankruptcy proceedings and non-bankruptcy proceedings, as well as state court receivers. Mr. Miller is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Michigan, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit.
