David FreedmanDavid Freedman joined Erman, Teicher, Zucker & Freedman in 1991. His expertise in handling all phases of commercial transactions and his meticulous attention to detail are widely recognized and respected. David counsels clients on a wide variety of corporate, business and real estate matters, with an emphasis on transactional and contract work.

David’s practice involves all types of business and related transactions, including counseling clients on the appropriate business entity, preparation of documents, buying or selling assets, real estate or business interests, shareholder agreements, operating agreements, buy-sell agreements, employment agreements and general business planning. David is also involved in a variety of debtor and creditor rights matters including workouts and liquidations, receiverships, and transactional acquisition and sale matters involving insolvent entities and their owners.  He regularly represents court-appointed receivers in state and federal court matters.
