She brings over twenty years of litigation experience to the Firm. Her practice area focuses on litigation, collections, insolvency and debtor-creditor matters. Ms. Patek has significant experience in all litigation and trial matters and is a certified mediator and facilitator. Ms. Patek is the co-editor and author of "A Practical Guide to Depositions in Michigan," ICLE, 1998; co-editor, "Michigan Law of Damages," 3rd edition, ICLE, 2002; member, ICLE Litigation Advisory Board; past member, Michigan Trial Lawyers Advisory Board. She is a member of the Michigan Bar Association, the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association and is admitted to practice in the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
